Luxación e inestabilidad aguda de codo
Resumen
El tratamiento incruento es el más frecuente para la luxación simple de codo. Luego de la reducción de una luxación de codo, es importante la evaluación clínica y el diagnóstico de los estabilizadores lesionados. En algunos casos, se impone la cirugía de reparación o reconstrucción ligamentaria. Los resultados suelen ser previsibles, se logra un codo funcional y la tasa de complicaciones es baja. El objetivo de este artículo es presentar una puesta al día del manejo diagnóstico y terapéutico de las luxaciones agudas de codo.Descargas
