Abstract

A 65-year-old patient with no relevant clinical history presented with chronic lumbar pain. During anamnesis,the patient manifested pain had increased over time. Physical examination revealed mechanical lumbago withincreased pain when the medial line of the thoracolumbar junction was touched. Lumbar spine radiographs and an MRI without contrast were ordered as complementary studies.
