Abstract

We report the unusual case of a complex elbow dislocation in an adult associated with head fracture external humeral condyle radio. Closed reduction of dislocation and subsequent surgical treatment was performed with open reduction and internal fixation of the fracture of the lateral condyle. a stable elbow after rehabilitation achieved good mobility and a quick job reinstatement was obtained.
